Billing Policy

All paid StoryMint subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
1. Plan Pricing

2. Upgrades
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
3. Downgrades
Plan downgrades take effect immediately. No refund or credit is issued for the unused portion of the higher plan.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, you retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued.
5. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You will receive a receipt via email from Stripe for each payment.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry according to its standard retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.
