These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of StoryMint, operated by Jivan Co. By creating an account or using StoryMint, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Creation

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use StoryMint.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StoryMint only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, usage quotas, or access restrictions.
• Use automated tools to abuse the service or overload infrastructure.
• Redistribute or resell StoryMint as your own product.

3. AI-Generated Content

Books created with StoryMint are generated by AI models. Jivan Co does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of any generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your books before sharing or publishing them.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the books you create with StoryMint, including the text and illustrations generated for your prompts. Jivan Co retains ownership of the StoryMint platform, brand, and underlying technology. You grant Jivan Co a limited license to store and process your content as needed to provide the service.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Creating content that targets, exploits, or harms children.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with the service.
• Scraping, data-mining, or reverse-engineering the platform.

6. Account Termination

Jivan Co may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. You may delete your account by contacting ervinjivan@gmail.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

StoryMint is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Jivan Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for StoryMint in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canada.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StoryMint after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
