Refund Policy

Jivan Co offers a limited refund policy for StoryMint subscriptions.

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment only. This applies to both the Plus and Max plans.

2. After the Refund Window

No refunds are issued after the 7-day window has passed. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, mid-cycle cancellations, or plan downgrades.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email ervinjivan@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your StoryMint account.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if your account has been flagged for abuse or violation of the Terms of Use.
